Design

EAGLE Ceiling is a supply and extract air diffuser made of a backing box and a diffuser face with nozzles. The air diffuser is available in two product variants:

EAGLE Ceiling Circular (CC), with a circular nozzle pattern.
EAGLE Ceiling Rectangular (CR), with a rectangular nozzle pattern.

Both product variants are available in a version for low installation height.

Functionality

EAGLE Ceiling is equipped with nozzles that can be rotated, which permits an infinite number of different distribution patterns.

The function Quick Access makes it simpler and quicker to open and close the diffuser face for installation, commissioning and cleaning. Simply insert a thin object between the air diffuser face and backing box and slide the object from the centre outward toward the corners.

Material and surface treatment

Backing box and diffuser face: Sheet steel.
Connection branch: Galvanized sheet steel.
Nozzles: Plastic (PP-polypropylene).
The interior and exterior of the air diffuser is painted.
Standard colour:
- RAL 9003, signal white, gloss 40
Alternative standard colours:
- RAL 9006, white aluminium, gloss 80
- RAL 9007, grey aluminium, gloss 80
- RAL 9010, pure white, gloss 40
- RAL 9005, jet black, gloss 35
- RAL 7037, dusty grey, gloss 30

Installation, commissioning and maintenance

The air diffuser can be installed in a fixed ceiling construction, but needs to be secured to the framework.

The distance between the air diffuser and the commissioning box can be increased without having to lengthen the measuring tubes and damper adjustment cords.

The rated coefficient of performance (K-factor) is specified on the identification label on the product and the relevant commissioning instructions are available in the manual.

If neccessary, the air diffuser can be cleaned using lukewarm water with dishwashing detergent added.
